Spring is coming...   and I couldn't help thinking about the eggs and birds of the season. (where we live the calendar may say Spring is here but there's still snow on the ground) So, I created this water color painting of a Robin's nest with eggs in that famous beautiful blue.  I also used candles and crayons to make a fun wax resist for the highlights and some of the colors. It was a quick and fun project that I also taught a simplified version of to my senior's at American House. They really enjoyed it too. This art is property of Jodie Brown.
