I went to the DIY Ypsi event this past weekend. It was a fun event where I was able to see one of my favorite artists work by Nicole Ray. Her whimsical style brings a smile to my face in a time when there aren't enough smiles. It is especially nice to know that she is a local Ann Arbor artist. Check her out at sloeginfizz.etsy.com. It looked like the DIY Ypsi event was successful so maybe you will get to see them next year. In the mean time stop at the Blue House in Ann Arbor to see Nicole Ray's work.
